Our leadership development engagements begin with identifying your development needs:
Based on this information, we work together to identify the leadership areas where development is most important and determine where solutions are needed. Following our discussions, we prepare a proposal for a tailored leadership development program.
In our proposal, we already begin considering how the solution can be integrated into the daily work of your supervisors and leaders, both individually and collectively. We connect it to your existing structures, such as manager forums, leadership coffee sessions, and other collaborative touchpoints you already use.
It is important that your supervisors have opportunities to discuss development areas together, build shared understanding, and translate learning into practice across the organization. In a way that is visible and impactful in everyday work.
We always start by building a clear picture of the current situation and identifying areas where development is needed.
Outcome:
✔ A concrete understanding of leadership development needs among supervisors and managers
✔ Recommendations on where to focus development and training investments
Our training portfolio is extensive, and we create a customized program based on your needs. Topics include:
At the start of our collaboration, you will be assigned a Learning Success Manager who will support you with:
✔ Transferring content to your learning platform or SharePoint intranet
✔ Integrating collaborative learning into your existing learning structures
✔ Providing tools and materials for reflection and peer learning
✔ Supporting supervisor engagement and participation
✔ Communication materials
✔ Monitoring and optimization
Through these measures, we ensure that your new leadership direction becomes deeply embedded throughout your organization.
Academy of Brain’s eLearning content is based on peer-reviewed research, theories of work and leadership, and specialized research into soft skills, reflection, and adaptability. Sources are openly presented within every piece of content. Behind our work is more than 20 years of experience in organizational psychology.
Our content production model is based on research in cognitive and perceptual psychology regarding how people focus attention, interpret information, and process knowledge. Content built on microlearning principles is designed to support limited attention spans, reduce cognitive load, and structure information clearly, improving comprehension, retention, and application.
However, microlearning is not an end in itself. It is the starting point for a broader learning process in which learning deepens through reflection, peer dialogue, and practical application in everyday work situations.
Reflection transforms information into discussion, insight, and action. When it comes to complex capabilities such as soft skills, scalable learning requires reflection and collaborative learning. Simply watching a video does not change everyday behavior. That is why reflection and related group discussions are visibly integrated into both the content and the supporting materials.

“The learning paths were designed so that the connection of each theme to the strategy was clearly highlighted. This ensured that the learned skills directly support the realization of the organization’s goals in everyday work.” – Heidi Karhu, Group HRD Manager, LähiTapiola-ryhmä
