In 2024, the Microlearning Library expanded with learning content related to reflection, creativity, and change. In 2025 we added learning content for the topics of empathy, learning, personal growth and human-centered change in the age of technology.
Topics are selected based on customer feedback, surveys, and workplace research. We continuously monitor workplace trends both in Finland and globally.
The Microlearning Library is integrated into your organization’s learning platform via Vimeo links. This allows seamless access to training content, increasing usage rates. At the same time, you ensure high security and gain access to reporting data within your own system.
It can also be easily implemented into your organization’s SharePoint intranet, enabling your employees to access soft skills videos directly without switching platforms. Your data security remains at a high level, and you receive reporting data directly from your intranet. This approach allows more leverage from the investment you have made in your Sharepoint.
