Soft Skills Production Human-Centered Change in the Age of Technology

In our new soft skills production, we start from the premise that technological change is not merely a technical upgrade—it is a human process in which emotions, learning, and ways of working ultimately determine the outcome.

We have launched the first part of our new content series, Human-Centered Change in the Age of Technology. The full offering, expanding through the first half of 2026, is designed to help organizations seamlessly integrate people and technology. These tutorials aim to create workplaces where technology serves people and supports a sustainable, healthy work environment.

The new content consists of research-based 2–5 minute microlearning videos that help leaders and employees understand change, strengthen their personal resources, and apply what they learn in everyday situations.

Explore the new content below.

Technological Change is a Human Process

When technology changes, people need to change with it and keep up the pace. This video explains why rolling out a new tool is, above all, a human change process. You’ll also hear why so many technological implementations go off tracks.

People Skills in the Age of Technology

Technology is developing rapidly, but human skills hold the key to unlocking the full value of new and emerging tools. In this video, we explore the importance of human skills in the era of technological disruption and artificial intelligence. Watch the video for tips on how to keep up with the change!

Three Levels of Change: Individual, Team and Organization

To build lasting change, the effort of all levels is needed: individuals, teams, and the entire organization. In this video, we uncover how each level experiences change, what they need to succeed, and which small and practical actions help people adapt.
