Learning Skills

A Rapidly Changing Work Life Requires New Ways of Learning

Our working life moves from one change to another, with transformations following each other at an ever-accelerating pace. The speed of change is so fast that the “half-life of competence” is shrinking rapidly. The half-life of competence refers to the time after which only half of the value of a skill learned today remains. This places new demands on employees’ learning skills: we must learn more, faster, and be prepared for even significant updates to our skill profiles. Above all, this requires learning how to learn.

That’s why in our new production, we focused on learning skills. We compiled research-based knowledge about learning into micro-courses that:

  • fit flexibly into your schedule – even the busiest one
  • encourage reflection: the content guides learners to deeply examine their own learning methods and apply what they’ve learned in practice
  • are perfectly suited both for independent study and group learning
