Ville Ojanen – Keynote Speaker

What helps when the direction is clear, but everyday work still doesn’t change?

Often, the fundamentals of change leadership are in place. The strategy has been carefully considered, and people have the skills they need. Yet change remains slow or incomplete, ideas fail to translate into action, and a shared direction does not turn into movement in the way we would hope.

Rather than introducing more models or ready-made answers, Ville explores what happens within people, what matters to them, how shared ways of working take shape, and how all of this influences whether change actually takes hold.

The keynotes combine insights from neuroscience, behavioral science, and organizational psychology with the real-life situations people encounter in their everyday work.

Keynote topics

The adaptive state – How people and communities change

Individual phenomena such as resilience, trust, psychological safety, and appreciation are all part of the same broader “human layer” that influences how everyday work ultimately takes shape.

Soft skills in the age of AI

How does collective thinking between people evolve in a situation where individual thinking is increasingly amplified and more of it is being generated all the time?

Learning in everyday work

How can learning be connected to work in a way that gradually becomes visible in what people actually do?

Human sustainability and wellbeing

How are workload and recovery connected to the way work is done together and how people experience their situation?

The role of reflection in changing knowledge work

When information, options, and AI-generated answers are constantly increasing, the ability to pause and talk about our own and our shared ways of working becomes increasingly important. What does a reflective approach mean in knowledge work, and how can it help turn experiences into understanding, create the conditions for collaboration, and transform thinking into action?
