The objective of feedback is to learn. Actually, instead of feedback, we should be talking about learning conversations. Feedback does not mean one person guiding and advising the other but a shared discussion about what has been done and how it could be done better. Feedback is an essential part of personal and organizational development.

In this training, expert Jarmo Manner will cover quick tips for a better feedback culture, the typical pitfalls of providing feedback and hints for handling challenging feedback conversations. We will also look at seven different feedback methods.
