We have created a NEWME learning track for you to deepen your understanding on the basic principles of self-leadership; recovery, stress management, resilience, the meaningfulness of work, focusing skills and mindset. The program contains a total of 56 videos (average duration 5min) and 56 exercises.

All of our contents are available in Finnish and English. Your license is non-binding and will be automatically deactivated after 4 months.
Time used for Academy of Brain trainings can be considered working time during this pilot and you can record the completed training afterwards in Hugo (via Learning -> Learning history – Add -> External event. You can use the course name or title “Academy of Brain offering”, if you don’t want to specify the content).
