The ability to focus means directing your energy to important tasks to make progress and complete them.
In order to focus, you must master the five skills of focusing. During this training you will learn to understand how these five skills affect your own ability to focus and you’ll learn how to develop these skills. The trainer is Ville Ojanen, a psychologist Ph.D. whose thesis was about brain studies.
