The benefits of developing resilience include maintaining your abilities under pressure; performing fewer unproductive and more productive actions; recovering faster, and having less stress.<\/p>\n<p>The ability to act in unexpected situations where things change significantly is not an inborn quality but a learned skill that can be developed. A resilient person works smoothly and efficiently in stressful situations. A resilient person maintains their ability to perform even in challenging and changing conditions and will recover fast without significant weakening.<\/p>\n<p>Good resilience is based on seven elements. We will look at these closer during this training. You will find your strengths and weaknesses that you will develop according to a personalized plan.
